Razorpay Affordibilty widget

Hi, I was using the other themes and recently I have changed to woodmart and developing my staging website, I have enabled razorpay payment gateway, but the affordibility widget is not coming in the product page, please check the screenshot taken from my live website

Maybe you are using custom layouts. Try to disable the custom layout for your single product page temporarily and test how it works. You can do this in WoodMart -> Layouts.

The issue was caused by the theme’s custom layout settings. After disabling the custom layout, everything is now displaying correctly. You are using two layouts for a single product page.

So now, we have a special “Hook” element in Elementor that you can place in your custom layout, and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. But we don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.

Hi we tried but it seems there is something wrong with the theme, as sometimes it shows automatically and sometimes not, pleae do the deep dive and resolve

You have not used the hook in the layout, Please try to use the Hook widget to show this if you want to use custom layouts of the theme.

Please see the screenshot, webhook is already there, and you have not read my message clearly , i said it is coming and going automatically, please troubleshoot at your end and give me the solution as an exceptional service gesture, plugin author has nothing to do with this

We can’t help with this. We have already tried all available hooks, but unfortunately, it still doesn’t work as expected.

At this point, we kindly recommend that you contact the Razorpay plugin developers directly. We are open to collaborating with developers in order to fix this compatibility issue, but we don’t know which hook is needed
