re-importing the categories

Hi there, I deleted some categories, but I want to import them again, how do I achieve this please?

I tried to reset and re-import a different Pre-Built website but the categories are still missing?

please mark as resolved, managed to select ‘remove content’ then re-imported the pre-built website again, solved!
