Reactivating license key on a domain

Hi, I need help reactivating a license key I used when developing a website for a client. I initially activated it on a subdomain then moved the website live and from xtemos account I removed the subdomain. But now I can’t find the link where I can paste the license key to reactivate it. can you help me please?

It looks like the License page is disabled in Theme Settings. Please, check this in Dashboard -> Theme Settings -> White label.
