Read More” Function Bug on iPhone (Safari & Firefox)

Hello Woodmart Support,

I’ve identified an issue with the “Read More” collapsible text feature on my product category pages.

On iPhone (tested with Safari and Firefox), the hidden text block:

Does not collapse properly

Remains fully visible, overlapping with other elements like breadcrumbs and filters

This breaks the layout on mobile and affects the user experience.

The issue does not seem to appear on desktop or Android devices for now.

You’ll find a screenshot attached for reference.

Could you please advise how to fix this? Perhaps with a mobile-specific CSS or JavaScript adjustment?

We have tested the page shown in your screenshot on multiple devices including iPhone 12, iPhone 15, and iPhone 16 Pro running iOS 18, using both Safari and Firefox browsers. In all cases, the collapsible content functionality worked properly without any visible issues. As proof, we are providing videos recorded from a real device:

Apparently I did some more testing on some of my family members’ iPhones and everything is showing up correctly I think. We can close the ticket.
