    Hello,

The function to read more than one block of text does not work. I send you some images of the configuration and how it is displayed.

    Hello,

I am editing a layout and I have added the text block inside the WPBakery editor. Within that tecto block there is the possibility of incorporating the “more” or “read more” functionality, which is what I have shown you in the image, but although I have incorporated it, it does not work.

    I give you the data.
    Regards

    Hello,

This option works for blog posts only and it adds “read more” button on the blog listing page.

If you wants to make a collapsible block as on our megamarket demo you needs to read this article https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/read-more-button-for-text-or-section-row/

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

You can remove the by default #fff (White Color) defined on the Fadeout Color option by clicking on that > and then click on Clear button there to remove the Color: https://ibb.co/XLgpwPB

    Hello,

Despite erasing the color as you have explained to me, the fadeout still appears as if it were white.

    Hello,

Sorry for the earlier inconvenience. We have further checked this functionality of Read More and found out that the Fade Out is mandatory to add here because if you remove the Fade Out color, the Read More functionality wouldn’t work like you want it to work. See this Image from our Test Site, here we have changed the White Color to Transparent and this is the result: https://ibb.co/JjW23y7

So, that’s why when you are clearing the White Color from the Fade Out, it is not getting removed because it is needed here to work accordingly.

Hope you can understand and it clears your doubts now !

    Best Regards

    Hello,

So there is no possibility to use a “read more” button without fade out? I mean from another site or with a plugin.

    Regards

    Hello,

As of now, as we mentioned to you earlier that a Fade Out color needs to be there to make the Read More functionality work correctly, without that what would be the result; we have already shared that too.

If you want to use any third-party Plugin in this regard then you can use it at your own risk as we haven’t tested any third-party Plugin in this regard so, we can’t suggest any. Hope you can understand our limitations in this regard.

    Best Regards.
