Read more tag and product variation

I have a problem with read more tag. I can’t add it to my category description. See the first 2 print screen. Can you tell me a fix for this?
Also i have another problem with product variation, see the third print screen,

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

It should work in every post, just add <!–more–>. Now I tested and it doesn’t work anywhere on the site. I tried to post a read more blog and it doesn’t work.

The thing is that the “Description” area is a default area from WooCommerce so please check how it works on the WooCommerce Storefront theme to understand is it our theme issue or not.
