I’ve added it via elementor, but haven’t enabled caching yet.

I meant: you did dynamic caching for floating card products.
Floating card from the topic, shows the presence of the number of goods in the basket, the price, regardless of caching.
Has the same been done for the “Last Viewed Items” widget from your theme?
