this widget uses the theme settings only if I select grid and not carousel in the widget settings.
I have the “Even product grid” option enabled in my theme settings

I have contacted the developer’s team and they confirmed that this “Even” option works only with the “Grid” templates. Unfortunately, with the carousel it will not work, sorry.

will you be adding this option for “carousel” too?
because for “Recently Viewed Product” it is better to use a carousel
