Recommended Logo and Picture sizes across various themes

Recently I’ve purchased the Woodmart theme,
I see the theme has various demo/prebuilt sites. It would be helpful to know what are the standard recommended sizes for useful pics like Logo’s (main/sticky and all others) then other various parts of templates. also each and every prebuilt site may be different in terms of recommended size.
Can you please tell me how we can do this?
