Recount filters after woocommerce_product_query

Hello,
I have implemented a custom query with woocommerce_product_query in shop page. But the attributes and categories filters count is not affected by that. Is it possible to recount the attributes and categories filters after woocommerce_product_query?

Attributes are the Woocommerce functionality and our support does not cover customization of the Woocommerce.
You can hide the product count in the widgets.
