Redux Framework Warning .. Custom CSS is not editable.

Hi,

I have just installed SSL in my site..
and now when I go to the Basel Theme options the custom CSS panel is not editable anymore…
and appears the following error message (image attached too):

“Redux Framework Warning
select2-css CDN unavailable. Some controls may not render properly. Please wait a few minutes, then try refreshing the page. Unable to load some remotely hosted scripts..”
