Refund via PayPal not working

Someone has bought a product from the website shop and changed their mind. They bought via PayPal, and in the backend we have the option to REFUND VIA PAYPAL. The box is there to enter the amount but it won’t let me enter the amount. When I click on the box, it selects, but won’t let me put the refund amount in. How can I fix this please? Thank you

Could you please check how it works with the default WordPress Theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.
Because our theme doesn’t influence us.

I have just tried a refund on another site that uses Avada Theme. The refund didn’t work on there either, so I am thinking it may be a WooCommerce issue. Are you able to help with that? Thanks

As it works the same with other themes which clears that the issue is not from our theme.
