Regarding CPU load while editing Homepage

it’s very unusual, and i don’t know what i should do about this?

whenever i am trying to edit Home page my CPU goes drastically 100% and stops my MYSQL .
what is unusual is, this happening with only Homepage. even i don’t use many elements.

I have talked with Wp-rocket for this issue, they don’t even not understand where is going wrong.

As this theme is belongs to you guys. maybe i will getting something from your side.?

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

i have checked. then call Wp-rocket for caches management. this is happening with only one page, Homepage.

can you check with your dev. Team for this concern.?

Could you please describe how exactly you monitor your CPU load? Allow us to do this also, disable all plugins and send us your admin access.

I troubleshooted many times.

i can one thing, whenever i am trying edit homepage WordPress core query goes slow. ( from Query Monitor Plugin ).

how i can share you SSH. i don’t login. it from my web server.

as i have getting answer from wp-rocket. your theme is creating problems or not compatible with wp-bakery plugin.

i am sharing screenshot for you understand well.

one more thing. if you can’t handle this. please refer to your dev. team. it would be appreciated. every ticket getting not worth answers.

We can’t test the CPU loading without SSH. You can’t do it either so we don’t understand why do you think that it is caused by our theme.

Our theme is fully compatible with WP Rocket. Most of our customers use our theme with WP Rocket without any problems. You can see how it works on our demo as well.

But they don’t say anything about the theme. Just about queries. You have 30 plugins and 300 queries. So it might be 10 queries per plugin for example. It is not necessary that all these queries are made by our theme.

here i can tell you that, when i edit pages there only one plugin is working which is wp-bakery. else is not working.

i have shared you my login URL. you can see yourself. 300 query made only at homepage edit. otherwise others page have only under40.

When you edit the home page all plugins are loaded, not the WPBakery page builder only.
Try to disable all plugins and check the number of requests.
Also, try to create a test page and add elements from the home page one by one checking the performance. Then you will see if it slows down when you add some particular elements.

All pages load all plugins on your website. But some pages may have more elements to display (like products, images, sliders etc). That is why the number of requests may be different.

yes but i have created 3 more pages like homepage. when i am trying to edit them. it working fine. it doesn’t load on website. why only at homepage?

i am sharing a link in private information. where you can see request query of plugins, i told you before it wp-bakery plugin issue.

OK, it is from the home page, right? You wrote in the previous message that when you create a new page with similar elements you don’t have those queries. Please, send us a link to this page and a screenshot too.

According to your screenshot, it comes from “WordPress core” and not from the theme itself.

After so many Thing have done. Now I can tell you that your theme isn’t compatible with Wp-rocket plugin. i am sharing screenshot, which i have received from Wp-Rocket team. Now You can fix issues which i am facing.

It means that this issue is no longer on your website. Maybe they sent you this reply automatically as they knew about a such bug in the past. You can open that file and see if the code is still as on their screenshot or not.
