Regarding the calculation method for the free gift cart amount.

We have set up free gift with the corresponding cart amount. However, we are encountering an issue where the cart amount includes shipping fees. Is there a way to exclude the shipping fees and only calculate the amount of products in the cart? Thank you.

Currently, it takes the cart’s total value. We will consider more flexible configurations in the future.

Many of our customers are not eligible for free shipping, so including shipping fees in the total cart amount would complicate their discount offers.
