    1,Regarding the email logo display issue:
    I can create a new inverted (dark mode) version of the logo.
    However, the editable settings interface does not support uploading or configuring an alternate logo for dark mode.

    Email template is default WooCommerce functionalities and WoodMart does not control it.

    I kindly recommend you to purge the cache of CDN, disable CloudFlare CDN temporarily and double check the issue.
