Regarding the Gallery display settings:

In the image, I’ve marked the effect I want.
I would like Effect A to be displayed on PC (desktop),
and Effect B to be displayed on mobile or tablet.
I’ve tried adjusting the settings, but it seems that only one display style can be applied across all devices (except for the “Thumbnails position bottom on mobile devices” option, which is enabled).

Use Theme Presets for Mobile, navigate to Theme Settings > Presets and create a preset specifically for mobile devices and set the condition to custom and choose “Is mobile device”.
In this preset, go to Theme Settings > single product > gallery > choose the gallery layout for mobile.
