Open the Screen Options menu by clicking at the top right of the WordPress admin area when you’re on the WooCommerce Products page.

In the Screen Options menu, you can easily select only the columns that you wish to appear and then click on Apply. Doing this and excluding any of the misaligned columns will realign & make it easier to view your WooCommerce products page again.

So you mean I should cancel the option that increases the product spacing, right? What I mean is, I want to keep the option enabled but still maintain a reasonable product display spacing!

In the WordPress dashboard on the Products page, the spacing issue is related to the displayed columns. You can adjust them via Screen Options at the top-right. This is not a theme-related issue; you can observe the same behavior with the default WooCommerce theme (Storefront).
