Regarding theme license

So here is the scenario:

Assuming i am deploying the wordpress with this theme 3 instances pointing to same domain. Do i need 3 different license of one license would be fine?

I am planning to extent my server from one node to 3 nodes with load baalancer and same domain. Will everything work fine in that case?

To be little more specific, every node will be subdomain or parent domain.

One regular license allows usage on a single website/project only.

However, you are allowed to activate the license twice — once on your live domain and once on a staging or development domain — for the same project. This is useful for testing and development purposes.

If you plan to use the theme on a second website or a different project, you will need to purchase an additional license.
