I’m a new developer but I’m using woodmart theme for the first time because of which I can’t understand many things. I need help with two more changes.
1. I want my right side menus to be white in color. How to do it?
2. I have only one field in the register form of my website and I want to give a field of password. How to do it?

You can change the font by means of the Advanced typography option, which allows you to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.

In order to configure the register page, you need to find the option in Woocommerce > Settings > Account and Privacy.
