Register form Issues

Hi,
i have issues in registration form when i installed otp login plugin then the registration form not showing when i clicked from Homepage (Login/Register) then click (create a account) then works its shows the registration form but when i click Register button in my-account page button then register form not showing. i think the problem is with the the link can you please help me on that? I am be very thankful for your kind action and response. Thanks

I first kindly request you to conduct a check by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Storefront or Twenty Twenty-Three (Appearance > Themes) and keep WoodMart Core and Elementor or WPBakery plugins activated. This is to ascertain whether the issue you are experiencing is due to our theme or not.

The registration form hidden, you should deactivate all plugins (except Required Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems. https://prnt.sc/jq4Uhycesxq_
