valentinaParticipantHi,
I’m writing for an issue with the register page.
Problem is when you click on Login / Register in the top area right, you go in the autogenerated “my account” page.
In there, the register button is an empty link!
Of course registrations are setted on “everybody can register” so I don’t really get why it’s blocked! What can I do / fix / check?
Thank you
Valentina

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
We see some error in JS console that breaks the functionality. Could you please try to disable your optimizations plugins?

valentinaParticipantSorry, now it is!

Artem TemosKeymasterOK, but it works correctly for us now. Could you please check?

valentinaParticipantUhm, as you said, I disabled all the optimization plugins.
So, if now it works, it must be a compatibility issue with one of them!October 11, 2017 at 7:02 am #21269
Artem TemosKeymasterNo, because the plugin throws the JS error that breaks all the functionality on your website and it doesn’t depend on the theme installed. So you need to fix or configure the plugin firstly or try to use another one.

valentinaParticipantYes, I’ve disabled the plugin which was blocking the registrations (autoptimize) and now everything works fine.
Thank you!
