Register without password

Hi;
quick one: I didn’t change anything in the original setup, still registering on my woodmart page is only based on creating login (you just enter email and there is no field to setup password). Password can only be setup later when entering account settings/change. I don’t really get it.
Should I enable some option or add some function to have the password setup during creation of the account?
Would be grateful for any help in that

Navigate to Woocommerce > Settings > Account and Privacy and disable “When creating an account, automatically generate an account password”
