Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not?
You can find all the registered users in your Dashboard -> Users.

If it doesn’t work with other themes as well, then there is a problem with some of the installed plugins or on your hosting server.

The registration form is a part of the WooCommerce plugin and our theme doesn’t influence this form. Please, check how it works with other themes.
