Registration form for companies

I want to create a special block to the registration form when new customer could be a company and request the VAT number. when the Customer send the form, this will be received by email to the administrator for control and approval.

The thing is that the registration functionality is related to WooCommerce, therefore, our theme cannot include it, unfortunately.
