In the latest update, version 8.6.5, the changelog mentions the following fix:
FIXED: Registration links were shown in the header dropdown and login sidebar even when My Account registration was disabled.
However, the issue still persists on my website. Users can still see the registration form alongside the login form, even though registration is disabled in the WordPress settings.
I have LiteSpeed Cache installed and active. I purged all caches and then deactivated the plugin to rule out any caching-related issues, but the problem remained unchanged. I also tested the website across multiple browsers and devices, with the same results.
Kindly advise on how to resolve it. Registration should be completely disabled when the corresponding option is turned off in WordPress settings.
