The default Woocommerce does not provide a phone number in the Registration form. You can configure the form to have a Username, Mail, Password.

Please navigate to Woocommerce > Accounts and Privacy and set the options as shown: http://prntscr.com/nssvrp

If you need deeper customization, you will have to find a plugin.
