registration is not working

when i click on create registration page i didn’t see nothing on my account page, please let me know how can i do see the registration page.

Your registration page doesn’t appear because you don’t have the shortcode that displays the required fields so please navigate to Dashboard -> Pages -> My account page -> paste the below code to the text area.
