Registration page

Hi

Why does this keep happening to my registration page?
I had a thread that I created called “Loco translate” but Aziz seems to have closed it and now it means I need to re explain my entire convo?

Please have a look at that thread and kindly let me know how to FINALLY resolve this issue. It is becoming VERY frustrating

I have inserted 2 images, one of what the registration page looks like at the moment and another of what it needs to look like

Just an update- the page changed to this (image inserted)
The word register needs to be “register as a buyer.

Aziz assisted with this the last time too.
Can I not just get a video tutorial on how to fix this issue so I do not have to constantly contact woodmart to fix this issue
