Hello, I have a problem and would like to join.
We have 3 licenses on our account, but when I purchased it, it was understood that we would not have support after 6 months, but we would continue with updates. Before a license is enabled on 2 sites. As you can see in my account’s Xtemos dashboard. And now I can’t make any updates to the theme, even following the steps and other forum threads.
What should I do to get the updates back, and is the support still active on one of the regular licenses we purchased?
