regular price not showing when product in on sale

Product on sale:

1) I would like to see the normal price above the sales-price? – Is this possible in woodmart?
(… should be standard, but it seems disabled in woodmart)

2) How to see price as a percentage? – Is this possible in woodmart?
(… settings under “shop”->”product label” does not seem to work)

01. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then, activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know I will further check and give you a possible solution.

02. Navigate to Theme Settings > Shop > Product labels > Sale label > Sale label in percentage.

If you’re asking about showing prices as percentages instead of currency (e.g., product price itself as 80% instead of $80), this is not a built-in feature in Woodmart. That would require custom code or a third-party plugin.
