Rejects slash(/) character in search box

Hello,
When I use the slash(/) character in the search query, the product cannot be found. But when I remove this character, the products are listed.
How can I use the slash(/) character in the search query?

Looks like you are searching by SKU, do you have products that have a slash(/) in the SKU code? If so, send me access to the admin panel and the link to such a product.

In general, our search functionality comes from WordPress itself, so please check how it works on the default theme to understand if it is our theme issue or not. Currently, I see the same issue in the default WP search – https://take.ms/LTtvQ
