Related products issue

My “related products” element display very bugly (as attached).

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

I don’t have problem with the images. I framed the issues

Please update all the plugins and activate them once by one to detect which one causes the problem.

I updated all of my plugins and turned off all of them (expect Woocommerce, Elementor, Elementor PRO and Woodmart Core), but the issue is still exists.

Please deactivate Elementor Pro and check again. Please start with these plugins: https://gyazo.com/b95f79d94afac18b91dc2cdc1b1e15f7 and activate them one by one to detect which one causes the problem

I deactivated the Elementor Pro and indeed this was the plugin what caused the problem.

But I can’t run my site without Elementor PRO 😀

So what should I do?

I updated the plugin to the newest version.

If I disable the product page template, then the problem disappear, but – I think for understandable reasons – I can’t solve this issue with this solution, because I need the product page template.

You have customized the product template with the Elementor Pro, WoodMart theme does not influence this customization, unfortunately.

You will have to make the choice: using the default product page or template.

Okay, but I know other site with woodmart what uses Elementor PRO as page builder and there isn’t this issue 😀

Also, the Woodmart landing page says it has a full support with Elementor, so that isn’t a correct answer not to use Elementor.

You can use both Elementor lite and Elemento Pro in the Product main description field, leaving the product template not changeable and everything would work properly. Element Pro has the option to rebuild the header, footer, product template and that is the problem. When you try to change the product template the problem occurs.
