RELATED PRODUCTS NOT LOADING

CHeck any product page of my store, you’ll see that the bottom related product doesnt show up, altough it’s activated.

Have you added one and the same tag to the group of products you want to show as the related?

If I’m not mistaken, related products appear all the time.

If there are no related products assigned to the product, then it shows other products from the same category.

Come on there used to be related products all the time !
I have never made any tag on related products, and they always appeared. This is not possible

Please check the issue on the default theme Storefront and provide the screenshot

If you see the related products by the category on the Storefront theme, provide your FTP access to the private area.

I cannot switch to a default theme, my site is live.
Here is the FTP access in private, please investigate.

But we have to check if it is a theme issue first. When we will troubleshoot the website, it will not work for 5-7 minutes as well. So please check default theme first.

I have created a staging plateform on my wp-admin. In that plateform :

– All plugins not related to the theme are disabled.
– All minifications (HTML, CSS, JS) are disabled.

But the issue is still present. Actually, this is what is happening. Can you check please?

I just tried with a default theme Storefront and it works fine there. When I switch to Woodmart, it does not work. All plugins are disabled.
