Relevanssi with woodmart

Hello woodmart,

I use ajax relevanssi on my site.
When i make a search on a product title that exists i want it to show me this product only and not other irrelevant products. for example if i search redmi note 9 pro , it shows the products first , but it shows other products too that they arent redmi note 9 pro.
I talked with relevanssi and on their side , it works correctly.
if i do a search with quotes or in the admin interface , that woodmart doesnt interfere with the plugin it works.
When i make the search in the front end , i get more results that they are not relevant with the search.

Ajax search works in the same way as the default search, and as we can see from the screenshots, all the products that are on the default search are all the same on the AJAX search:

sure , but when a customer searches for a product and the phrase or the search term is available , only this result should be shown in the Ajax. not random products that partially matches. that’s the functionality that is set up on Relevanssi plugin and If you use quotes for example “redmi note 9 pro” on the ajax front end or search inside the admin area , it will work correctly. cause wood mart doesn’t interfere search results there.
if you don’t replace WordPress search functionality whats the reason of relevanssi plugin then if you bypass it ?
Something is not working right here. Go to the admin area and use admin search and type redmi note 9 pro.
it will show one result only. that result should be shown in the ajax results too .

for example when you search for an iPhone 15 pro Max on another store, would be nice to shown iPhone 12 Pro ?

Please clarify how can I use the admin search from Relevanssi.

you go to dashboard , admin search. if you type redmi note 9 pro you will get 1 result.

I enabled storefront and when you search redmi note 9 pro it redirects you to the product correctly.
no other products are shown.

why when I search redmi note 9 pro , it show irrelevant products on the Ajax dropdown menu . That they are not redmi note 9 pro neither they has a keyword.

i changed the search bar cause it didn’t work correctly.

Your theme supports relevanssi partially and not fully.
Because when you query a search on the admin dashboard that uses the relevenassi plugin without the interference of woodmart / wordpress , it returns a single result. So the phrase search works.
But when you search the same exact phrase on the frontend that woodmart/wordpress are in charge , woodmart doesn’t fully integrate relevanssi and displays wordpress ajax results. so it is inconsistent .

When you use the quotes on the search bar that bypasses wordpress/woodmart it works correctly.
you have to either fully integrate relevanssi or not.

Anyway problem is not solved for me , but i changed the search bar with something else so i am ok .
