Remove categories from product category page

We have our site in two languages; english and dutch.
On the Dutch page: https://www.fightzone.nl/product-categorie/sport-supplementen/
the categories in the header look fine. These are the main categories.
On the English page: https://www.fightzone.nl/en/product-category/sport-supplements/
we see main and sub categories.
Question: how to limit the categories on the English page to show only the main categories?
Hello,
When you have enabled the option Categories in page heading (Theme Settings > Shop > Sidebar & Page title) both parent and child categories are shown. If you disable this option this title will show the current Category title.
