Remove default pages from sitemap

Hello,

Google is indexing the default theme pages next to my own website pages. There are around 100 pages from the theme that I would like to get rit of for SEO sake (for example the page with alle the buttons, all the maps and all the other pages that i don’t use) In the sitemap you can see that all the pages are coming up and i want to speed up the google proces by removing everything I dont use.

Question one: I cant find anything online regarding this subject for any theme so is this really necessary?

Question two: Can i remove the pages that i DONT use without removing the demo content like blocks, banners and titles and stuff?

I will put a screenshot of the sitemap in the appendix.
