Remove image and make top navigation transparent

I can’t figure out how to remove the image in this template blog post, nor how to make it so that the navigation menu overlaps the image I select. I just want this applicable to blogs. Any help would be appreciated.

1. You can change layout from theme settings/page title/ and choose the one with ‘o image background, by the way it will override all pages in your website.
Other solution to go your wp-admin/pages the looking for page maybe call it blog and change settings in the bottom.
2. You can create new header builder, or change setting from the default in your theme by enabled option (make it overlap)
