    Dear xtemos support team,

    I’ve imported 2 prebuilt websites, but I’d like to remove one. Can’t find the option to delete. Pls advise.

    2nd issue: I’m using Coffee Demo. Not sure what I did, couldn’t find the solutions.
    The header background is all the way to the top, but mine has a white bar.

    Pls advise.

    Hello,

    1- Regarding removing one of the Prebuilt websites, the thing is the Theme has only the option of Remove content which provides you certain options to check regarding the content removal. So, you can check what to remove from that but specifically to remove one of the whole prebuilt websites imported, this couldn’t be possible: https://snipboard.io/T534Je.jpg

    2- Kindly, please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check this concern on your Site and help you out accordingly.

    Best Regards

    Hello,

    We have applied the following Custom CSS on your Site to adjust that gap appearing on your Site for the Homepage:

    .page-id-4718 .main-page-wrapper {
        margin-top: -4.7em;
    }

    This is the resultant preview after applying CSS: https://snipboard.io/k9oF2y.jpg

    Hi,
    Back to item 1, follow the step “remove content”, does it mean that I will remove the same content, eg. Pages, in all imported websites?

    #442451

    Hello,

    Yes, unfortunately right now under the Theme there is a general or you can say global Remove content option available through the button under the Dashboard > WoodMart > Prebuilt websites. It works overall on your Site.

    So, if you have imported items from multiple Demos then you need to manually remove those Items one by one i.e. not use the Remove content option then.

    But if you generally want to remove the whole content from your Site imported right now then you can use the Remove content option.

    Hope we are able to clear your doubts now !

    Hiya,

    Got it, thank you.

    I’ve encountered the following problems when updating contents:
    1. Previously, we’ve applied the custom CSS and it works a while. I’ve edited the contents, and the bar is back. The custom CSS is still there though.

    2. I can’t seem to view this page (http://xiaoyangyanbirdnest.com/home4) when I set it as frontpage. As I am still editing this page, so I’ve created a maintenance page. I’ve also set the home to display the maintenance page in “Appearance > Theme > Customise” and “Settings > Reading > Homepage” but it’s also not reflecting. When i change to display other pages, it goes back to the same page too.

    3. Section Title – I have added a section title to this page (http://xiaoyangyanbirdnest.com/ourstory/), but it appeared at the top of the menu bar. I’ve manually set a padding of 150px from the top, but not sure if I did it the right way.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    1- As far as we are seeing your Homepage, the gap still doesn’t show and appears fine: https://snipboard.io/02QB6e.jpg

    2- We have thoroughly checked this concern on your Site, it seems that Coming Soon that you had made has some issue which is causing the conflict in this regard because that page isn’t getting opening with the WPBakery page builder editor too and the Console is generating errors related wp-includes which generally are related to WordPress end.

    We tried to create a Test Page and then set it as Homepage and still on the Site Preview, that Coming Soon page was appearing. We activated the Parent Theme too to check this concern but it was persistent. So, there is some issue at that page level. Could you once try to delete that page completely from your Site and then try to check the concern again to confirm more because we aren’t facing such an issue at our Test Site. So, this is certainly not an issue at the Theme end. Hope you can understand !

    3- Although, for the Pages by default the Page Title shows. So, you certainly don’t need to add any extra Section Title for the pages but if you don’t want to use the page title for certain and want to add the Section Title then you might need to adjust the margin or padding for the elements to adjust them accordingly which you have already done and it seems to be working fine too.

    But as you have Header Overlap design being followed up on your Site so you don’t need to define specific Padding to the Elements, a general margin-top adjustment is required for the specific Pages so we defined the 150px margin-top to the Row of the Section Title which is a better way instead of Padding: https://snipboard.io/tY6DSf.jpg

    Please check back your Site after completely clearing the browser and server cache.

    Best Regards
