    Hello Woodmart Support Team,

I had previously activated my Woodmart theme on the domain nexgenextracts.com
Recently, I migrated my website to a new domain nexzenextracts.com

    I kindly request you to:
Remove/deactivate the license activation from nexgenextracts.com.
Provide me with a new activation key (or allow me to reactivate) for my new domain nexzenextracts.com.

    Thank you for your assistance.

    Hi wellnessextract0,

    Thanks for your patience.

You should deactivate all plugins (except WoodMart Core, Elementor and WooCommerce Plugins) and then reactivate them one by one. This makes it very easy to isolate the plugin causing problems.

    Hung PD

Subject: Urgent Issue: Products Not Persisting After Upload in WooCommerce

    Hello Theme Team,

We are facing a critical issue with our WooCommerce store. Details are as follows:

When we upload new products from the admin panel, they successfully appear on the website initially.

After some time or on refreshing, the products disappear from both the website frontend and the WooCommerce product panel.

No products can be permanently added or deleted – after refresh, the changes do not reflect.

WooCommerce briefly shows the product as uploaded/deleted, but after refresh, the changes vanish.

This issue is seriously impacting our ability to manage products on the store. Could you please check this on priority and confirm if it is related to the theme or requires another fix?

Looking forward to your urgent support.

    Thanks

    Hi wellnessextract0,

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme’s issue or not?

    Best Regards,

    Hi Hung,

We tested the issue using default WordPress themes (Twenty Twenty and Storefront), and in those themes, product uploads and deletions work correctly.

However, with our current theme, the issue persists — products disappear after refresh and changes do not save.

This confirms that the problem is theme-related. Could you please check and provide us with a fix or update at the earliest?

    Best regards,

    Hi wellnessextract0,

    1. Could you please record a short video of the problem so we can better understand what is wrong?

    2. To assist you in the best possible manner, I kindly ask that you please provide me temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) to the Private Content area, this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns more efficiently.

    Regards,
    Hung PD

    Hello Woodmart Support Team,

I am facing an SEO-related issue with the theme. Currently, all sidebar widget titles (such as “Delta 8 Gummies”, “Delta 9 Oil”, etc.) are being output as <h3> tags on every page, including single product pages.

Because of this, SEO crawlers and header analysis tools are pulling in hundreds of <h3> headings from the sidebar, which dilutes the actual content hierarchy (H1 = product title, H2 = sections like Legality/Benefits/FAQs, H3 = subheadings inside content).

For SEO best practices, I only want the main content headings of the current page to be recognized (H1, H2, H3). Sidebar/widget titles should not be output as heading tags, but instead as <div> or <span> (or at least provide an option to change the HTML tag).

Could you please confirm if there is a setting in Woodmart to:

Change the HTML tag of widget titles (from H3 to DIV/SPAN).

Or limit widget headings from being included in the page heading structure.

This adjustment will greatly improve SEO and ensure that only the actual page content is recognized as headings.

    Thank you for your support!

    Hi
I’m unable to optimize the pages that have a sidebar for SEO because I can’t add an H1 tag that aligns with my content. Please refer to the attached screenshot. As mentioned in the image and screenshot as it is fetching the sidebar details
    Please resolve it asap.

    Hi Hung,

Thank you for getting back to me.

I’ve shared the temporary wp-admin login details in the Private Content area. The issue is that in our sidebar “All Categories” section, all the menu items are currently wrapped in <h3> tags. For SEO reasons, I’d like these changed to <p> or <span> tags instead.

At the moment, when using SEO extensions in Chrome, the sidebar headings are being fetched first before the actual page headings, which impacts how Google crawls and indexes the content. To fix this, kindly help us update the sidebar menu items so they display as paragraph or span text instead of heading tags.

    Best Regards,
    Rick
