Remove links when hovering in product category

Hello,
I’d like to remove the Quick Links (not sure that’s the correct term) on my product category pages.
For example, when a user hovers over a product (in product categories), they see a link to a SPEC SHEET and IES FILES.
I’d like to remove that hover feature, please.
