remove margin in section before footer

    Perhaps a silly question, but how can I remove the margin/white space between the top of the footer and the bottom of the last page section (see screen shot)? I can force it by entering a negative value in the bottom margin on that section, but wasn’t sure its that was the “right” way to do it. Thanks!
