REMOVE OLD PHON NUMBER FROM TAG / PAGE?

I put my personal number in nw woodmart site and then very quickly changed it to new business number..
Now if i put my personal number in google it brings up my business site, i can;’t have this..
I have tried in earnest to remove it, by looking on the link that pops up and editing page but just can not find my number on my site?
The link in private is what comes up on google..
The image link in private is what comes up on google..
Do you know how i can get rid if my prsonal number on my site?
