Remove Portfolio and Portfolio Category slug

How can i remove portfolio slug and portfolio category slug. I know i can change in theme settings but i want to remove them totally. Portfolio categories slug must be “domain.com/category” product slug must be “domain.com/product”…How can i do in post-type.php for example? Thanks.

Please make the full backup of your site and configure your URLs in the Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks.

My category base is already empty and in general settings it selected “Post Name” in permalinks. but slugs still there.

You can change the page title for the portfolio, change the slug in the Theme settings > Portfolio, however, it is not possible to remove the slug.
