remove RECENT POST from footer

is it possible to remove recent blog post from footer?

Please check Appearance> Widgets > Footer columns. Alternatively, check Theme Settings > Footer, if you see the content to be an HTML block, you need to find the block in the Dashboard > HTML blocks: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/html-blocks-usage/
