Remove Related Products from Description

How do I remove the related products form the description area?

Related products are already showing below the product in column grid view. I do not need the additional text version of them below the description.

Hi,

Since our theme has grid/carousel related products only with featured images, it seems that text version of related products on your screenshot is added by some of your additional plugins. Try to disable plugins first.
