Remove some items from ‘recommended’ items list

Hi there, how can I remove some items from recommended items carousel which appears at the bottom of pages? Thanks

Sorry, but the “Related product” section cannot be edited or changed, all that you can change is through Theme settings -> Single product -> Related products.
