Remove the “products (grid or carousel)” options

I’d like to remove the “products (grid or carousel)” options. It’s a variable product. I’d like to keep the “select options” button, but have it take you to the product page, not have the options appear on the product image as they currently do…. is that possible?

The same happens on the product category page.

I’d like the button to take me directly to the product page. Is that possible?

Navigate to Theme Settings -> Shop -> Variable products -> disable the “Quick shop” for variable products option.
