remove the submenus under Shop and Home main menu

pls check attached photos. with Handmade template

1, I have removed the sub-menus under “Shop”. but why does it still show the links when mouse hover it? how can i remove these too?
2, same thing to the Home page, how can I remove the Menu title and the photos above when hover?
