Remove uncategorized category from widget

How to remove ‘uncategorized’ category from widget?

This is the default WooCommerce category. It cannot be removed. It can be renamed. Besides, you can keep it empty and when you add the Product Category widget you can hide empty categories.

That’s fine but I don’t want it to be displayed in the widget. Any way to hide it? The category is empty.

Rename it to one of the categories you may need. If you set hide empty categories in a widget, this category will not be shown.
