Remove verification Email in popup for subscribers

Hello, I have a popup to get subscriber emails. My question is if there is a way that the user doesn’t need to verify the email in order to subscribe.
The reason i’m asking is because it takes +15 seconds to show the message “Please confirm the email” to the users and they may have already left the site.

You can disable the Popup in the Theme Settings > General > Promo popup.

I know I can disable the popup. What I’m asking is how I can disable that subscribers don’t have to confirm their email when they subscribe.
When they subscribe now, they get a confirmation email to verify it. The problem is that the message that indicates users that they have to verify the email on my website takes +15 seconds so users may have left my website without knowing that they have to confirm their email.
